1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date – Eligible for a full refund, minus any transaction fees.
- Cancellations made between 3-6 days before check-in – 50% refund provided.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in – No refund, as reservations are confirmed for preparation.
2. Early Departures & No-Shows
- If a guest leaves earlier than scheduled, the remaining nights will not be refunded.
- If a guest fails to check in without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
3. Booking Changes & Rescheduling
- Guests can request a date change at least 5 days prior to their original booking, subject to availability.
- If a new date is unavailable, cancellation terms will apply.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
- Payments made via credit/debit card or online gateways will be refunded via the original payment method.
5. Special Circumstances
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for emergency situations, such as medical issues or natural disasters. Proof may be required.
